The Science
Standard dual-filter with optional activated carbon
The dp Industrial is equipped as standard with two filter stages: HEPA 10 and HEPA H14. Together they support reliable removal of airborne particles, fine dust, aerosols and biological contaminants. For environments with odours, VOCs or selected gas-phase pollutants, an activated carbon filter can be added optionally.

How large a space can dp Industrial cover?

DP Industrial offers an air cleaning capacity of up to 1500 m³/h. Based on the commonly recommended 3× air changes per hour, one unit can support approximately 500 m³ of room volume. The exact floor area depends on ceiling height, room layout, pollution load and the required air change target. For precise sizing, enter the room dimensions in the app or request a project-specific layout calculation.
Is dp Industrial suitable for factories and heavy-duty environments?

Yes. dp Industrial is specifically engineered for demanding environments such as factories, warehouses, industrial units, and high-footfall commercial spaces. Its industrial-grade construction and HEPA H14 filtration help maintain clean air even in dust-prone conditions.
Can I operate the unit without the app?

Yes. dp Industrial includes a remote control for complete operation — power on/off, fan speed control, and mode switching — without requiring WiFi or a smartphone. The app provides advanced features such as scheduling, AQI monitoring, filter life tracking, and airflow optimization.
How often do the filters need replacing in industrial usage?

The HEPA 10 filter should normally be replaced every 6 months. The HEPA H14 filter is usually replaced after approximately 15–17 months. Actual filter lifetime depends on the country, indoor and outdoor air pollution levels, dust load, operating hours and application environment. An optional activated carbon filter can also be added and should be replaced depending on odour, VOC or gas-phase exposure.
Can dp Industrial integrate with HVAC or a Building Management System (BMS)?

Yes. dp Industrial can be integrated into enterprise setups via LAN/WiFi connectivity. For advanced HVAC or BMS integration, our technical team can support site-specific configurations and provide integration documentation for industrial and multi-unit deployments.
